...blue..
...we all have a colour that brings us joy,
that makes our heart sing,
that makes us smile,
that we hunt out in things we choose to buy,
in the things we choose to wear,
in the things we choose to craft...
...there's always going to be that all time
favourite colour,
and for me,
it's one hundred percent
blue!
...those of you that follow my posts on instagram
will know this,
because you will see that I sneak in blue
at every opportunity,
sometimes a button,
usually the thread,
or even a tiny little patch of fabric...
...I sit here writing this dressed in blue jeans
and a gorgeous blue jumper...
...I've just bought a new car,
and yes,
it's blue!
...and even better,
it's my favourite shade of blue!
...am currently painting my house,
and yes,
again...
it's blue :-)
...I think if I had my way my garden would only have
blue flowers,
but maybe not,
as there are lots of pretty reds and pinks
that I like to see there as well.
...I am drawn to stitching blue flowers...
...its a well known fact
that colour is important to our well being,
so celebrate your favourite colour,
make no apology for including it
everywhere you can
because it will surely make you smile!
