Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange or credit.  The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at jennypaddon@outlook.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 32 Carson Street, Mornington, Dunedin 9011, New Zealand.

Please note, however, that we are unable to refund, exchange or credit for patterns or cut fabrics, or for items that may go missing in transit for international orders. 

Refunds

All refunds will be processed within 10 business days in the same manner in which payment was made.  We will notify you as soon as the refund has been processed, although do please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at jennypaddon@outlook.com.
