Shipping Terms & Conditions

We use NZ Post to send our parcels - orders will be posted every Monday.

For New Zealand orders, your parcel will be sent by standard post, which includes tracking.  Delivery will normally be within 3 - 5 working days.  We charge a flat rate of $9.00 NZD for all New Zealand orders.

For Australian orders, your parcel will be sent by Economy International Air; tracking is not included.  Delivery will normally be within 3 - 10 working days.  We charge a flat rate of $20.00 NZD for all Australian orders.

For Rest of the World orders, your parcel will be sent by Economy International Air, tracking is not included.  Delivery will normally be within 5 - 15 working days.  We charge a flat rate of $35 NZD for all orders.

IMPORT TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS FEES

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your local government.

These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

If customs duties or taxes are not paid and the shipment is: refused, held by customs, or returned to us, we may be required to pay those charges and the return shipping costs in order to receive the product back.

If you request a refund due to a change of mind in these circumstances, any refund will be processed minus any incurred return charges including but not limited:

• any import duties, taxes, VAT or customs fees we were required to pay, and
• all return shipping and handling costs.

In many cases, these fees exceed the value of the refund, meaning little or no refund may remain. For this reason, we strongly recommend paying the duties and accepting delivery where possible.
